I went to the beach again last May 3rd and I can't express to you the awe I felt of this particular island down south. It is definitely one of the weirdest but beautiful islands, nonetheless. Weird because there are times when it is impossible to go swimming due to super low tides to which the island is known for. Swimming is only possible at certain hours of the day when it is high tide and people who don't know how to swim need not worry because the water doesn't go above my knee (I am only 5'2" by the way). But walking to nearby islands is possible during low tides because there is literally no water. Like, where the hell did all the water in the Pacific Ocean go?

I wish summer could be longer. The wet season has already begun in my part of the world and I envy those who live in the northern hemisphere who are still yet to enjoy the sunshine summer will bring. But, I live in a tropical paradise anyway so the warm sunshine is still to be expected after the wet season. :)
Have a great week ahead!
