Happy New Year to all of us!
Whenever I hear the word "New Year" there is only one thing that comes into my mind: New Year's Resolutions. I find it quite interesting that each year we are given the chance to start anew, become better people, and live the life according to how we want it to be. But the problem with New Year's Resolutions is they are quite difficult to maintain. We usually start really well but after a few months, we go back to our old habits, to our old mindset, and eventually fail to achieve our goals. It can be frustrating, I know; starting a good year and ending it miserably. As much as possible, we would all want to keep up with our resolutions and end the year as great as how we started it. Therefore, how do you keep track of your resolutions and reach your goals for the year?
