Anger Management

I don't believe there is a single person on Earth who never got angry at one point in his life (save for Bible characters, perhaps?) Anger is a natural feeling that people experience. There will always be triggers wherever you go that will make this feeling emerge. Whether these are little things or major things, you can never escape from getting angry. However, anger can be managed. There are certain things you can do to prevent this ill-feeling from consuming you.

Lately, there are so many things that make me feel angry: contractors not delivering what they say they will deliver and a co-worker who doesn't do his job well - they all made me feel angry. But though I am angry at a certain moment, I try to manage it as best as I can. I know that there will be better things waiting for me at the end of the day and allowing anger to consume me will only ruin it and make me feel worse (not to mention damaging relationships). Learning the art of anger management is definitely something that we all must learn.

Crab Mentality

There are so many things that I want to achieve in my life. I want to become successful in my own way. I want to become a legend and leave a lasting imprint in this world. But sometimes, the universe conspires to pull you down - crab mentality, as what other people may say. No matter how hard you try, no matter how much you struggle to reach your goals, there will always be crabs around you trying to pull you down. In such cases, continue to climb and shake off the painful pinch.

Short Post: Move Forward

2013 may be the best most of us have experienced but I always believe that the future will have even better things to anticipate. Though I am very thankful for what the past year has given me (a new job, travel opportunities, reuniting with friends etc.) I foresee this year to be filled with even more blessings, more great fortune, and hopefully, some of my desires fulfilled. Thank you, 2013. Hello, 2014!
