Since I started using cleansing oil, I never used any other type of makeup remover. I love how easy it is to remove waterproof makeup with cleansing oil and I also love the fact that a cleansing oil doubles as a facial wash. I get makeup off my skin and I get to clean it using just one product. I really love how the Juju Aquamoist Cleansing Oil removes waterproof makeup and how my skin loved it as well. I did not breakout and my skin's sebum production was under control. But during my last 2 trips to Korea, I tried looking for a bottle only to find none. So I decided to try other brands hoping they will be worth my money.
I am not a fan of The Face Shop but I decided to try their cleansing oil anyway. I was simply going from one shop to another and did not have reason to try or not to try the brand. Since I was in the store already, I might as well just buy something and since I was looking for a cleansing oil that is what I decided to buy. I bought the Pore Clean Cleansing Oil as it is the one formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. After 2 weeks of using this cleansing oil, I am now a convert: I am now a fan of The Face Shop. I highly recommend this Pore Clean Cleansing Oil.
- Smells really good (floral scent)
- Emulsifies really well when mixed with water
- You only need a few pumps as it gets rid of makeup easily
- No breakouts
- Did not make my skin oilier than it is
- Hard to remove on the face
The Pore Clean Cleansing Oil has now become my new favorite cleansing oil. It is a bit difficult to remove on the face as it emulsifies really well but I love the fact that it really cleanses my skin. I hardly see any dirt on my cotton ball when I lather my face with toner after washing. It also smells really good. And the best thing is that it is readily available in my country. There are so many The Face Shop stores here so it is easy for me to replace this when I've consumed all. This is a highly recommended product!
