Long Distance Relationship: Making it Work

Cardigan: H&M | Dress: Topshop | Oxfords: Debenhams
Ribbon: Forever 21 | Necklace: Thomas Sabo | iPad Case: Kate Spade

I don't normally talk about my love life with people, but since this is the love month, I'll make an exception. I know Valentine's Day is long gone, but when it comes to romance and relationships, it can never be too late. No matter how old you get, love and romance are experiences and feelings that are omnipresent. So though, February is almost over and we're nearing summer, an article about love and romance can never get old.

Suicide

Suicide stories are always heartbreaking. I can never understand why someone would want to kill himself. Though there are so many problems and challenges we encounter everyday, killing yourself is never the solution. For what it's worth, I think it will only make matters worse. You may not have to think about your problems anymore, but those you left behind will. Not only that, your death will only add to the stress and problems that they have. Don't be selfish and think about yourself. Think about the people around you as well. How will they feel if you kill yourself? How will they cope if you are no longer around? How will your death affect them? Will your death solve your problems? These are just a few questions to ask. Suicide - I will never understand it.

Travelogue: Winter in Seoul Part 7

While Paris and Venice are known around the world as the most romantic cities eve existed, there are also other cities that can rival. While most people who have been to Seoul would disagree, I beg to differ. Seoul is also a charming city exuding so much love and romance. These locks of love are a testament of how love and romance-filled the city is. So many couples come here to dedicate a few minutes off their time to declare their love for each other and to promise to love each other forever.

Travelogue: Winter in Seoul Part 6 (Nami Island and Petite France)

This is probably the most memorable part of my tour in Seoul this time around. Though I was excited to go shopping - like always - and I have always admired their palaces, Nami Island and Petite France are just two different places that exude a different aura. I have seen them multiple times in Korean dramas and movies but to see its very existence is surreal. I wish to see both places again during Spring. The cherry blossoms would surely add more romance and sensation to my visit.

Short Post: Legacy

Just like Augusts Waters, I don't want to perish to oblivion. I want to leave a legacy; something people will remember me for. I want to leave a mark. It's not easy to leave a legacy but I believe everyone has the capacity to do it. We may not think of it now, but in the future, I am positive we will all leave something to be remembered for.

Spend vs Save: Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder vs Banila Co Prime Primer Finish Powder

Sebum is my skin's nemesis. I've always battled with oily skin and I find that no matter what products I try, my skin still produces excessive amount of oil. Powder is supposed be the product that will help control my skin's sebum production but most of the powders I have tried before did nothing. Yes it will make your skin matte in the first few minutes and then make your skin as shiny as mirror after. Some powders I have tried also cake on my face - which was disgusting. After searching far and wide for the powder that can answer my oily skin problems, I think I found the right product/s for me.

Winter in Seoul Part 5 (Guide to Nami Island and Petite France)

As a fan of Korean dramas, I definitely could not pass up the chance to see Nami Island and Petite France during winter. It was absolute perfection (minus the amount of people that came with us who became major photo bombers). I want to visit both places again during spring - in time for the cherry blossoms. I bet that would be even more romantic. Hopefully, God permits I go there during the peak blossom.

Product Review: Laneige Water Sleeping Pack EX

One of the reasons why I always love coming back to Korea is because of the many cosmetics and skincare brands to choose from. It's heaven for all the beauty junkies! Though there are already so many Korean brands available in the Philippine market, buying directly in Korea saves you a few hundred pesos. I am not saying to go all the way to Korea instead of buying here because that few hundred pesos is no match to the thousands you will be spending if you go there. What I'm saying is just that they cost less there. So when in Korea, make sure to pamper yourself with some of the skincare/cosmetics available there.

Blank Space

Sometimes I peruse for a long while before letters start to appear on my computer screen. As much as I would like to write about sensible things, nothing seems to be coming out. Though sometimes I would prefer this than word vomit as I am pretty much aware that not many people have the luxury of time to read. I would promote reading though as it feeds the mind, but I am not going to force it down your throats. So there, this post is pretty much senseless and just a random blog post just for the sake of blogging. It was a struggle to restrain myself from writing/posting something unworthy to be read and senseless but it happens. I also experience what they call writer's block. Some people may argue of its existence but there are times when no matter how hard you rack your brains for anything to come out, nothing comes out - and this is one of those moments for me. So I apologize for this senseless rambling but I hope the pictures made up for the lack of quality content (I know these are taken indoors and not much better than my writing but just focus on what I wore, okay?).
