San Francisco, California, USA (Golden Gate Bridge And Golden Gate Park)

Sweater, Socks and Sunglasses: Forever 21 | Jumper Dress: The Landmark | Trench Coat: thrifted
Pin: Alice On Wednesday | Sneakers: Adidas | Bag: Le Sportsac

My San Francisco posts will be coming to an end soon as I am already down to our second to the last day. It was only a week of vacation (7 days to be exact) but definitely one for the books. San Francisco has always been in my bucket list and I am happy to have finally ticked it off.

I have always dreamed of taking a picture with the golden gate bridge at my back and now it finally came true. I know it is just a bridge and much like the Eiffel Tower, it is just a structure made of metal. But still, it is an icon and a symbol of San Francisco which makes it a must see attraction. We did not spend much time here because what else can you do in the area when you are done taking pictures? We then headed to Golden Gate Park.

It was by accident that we passed by the rose garden. I initially wanted to visit at least one museum in the area (but my aunt was just too excited to go shopping in Haight Street) but ended up not going. But we would not pass up the opportunity to take pictures in the garden because the roses were too beautiful to be ignored. I have never seen roses as huge and as colorful as the ones that grew here. Now I dream of owning a rose garden.

  2. Beautiful photos! The garden looks breathtaking! I would love to visit California one day. Every time I see photos of the golden gate bridge, I can't help but think about Full House (the TV show). LOL. :-) I really enjoyed reading through your blog, so I followed you on GFC (Google+). Feel free to follow me back when you get a chance! <3

  12. I can completely understand why you wanted to take a photo with the bridge; it's a landmark and as you say, symbol of the place! It's also something I'm keen to do if and when I ever travel to San Francisco! I love your denim pinafore dress by the way, as well as the striped top you've paired it with :) Really pretty!
